The rules of the studio.

This policy supplements our Terms of Service. A breach of either document is grounds for warning, suspension, or termination of your account, and in serious cases for civil or criminal referral.

You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy).
• Upload room photographs you have no right to upload, or that contain identifiable people without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models, configurator logic, or 3D reconstruction outputs.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content, prices, configurations or imagery beyond ordinary browser use.
• Resell credits, accounts, or commissioned pieces under a different brand without a signed trade agreement.
• Submit deliberately false dimensions or specifications to manipulate pricing.
• Use the service to plan or order furniture that requires structural alterations you are not licensed to perform.

Photographs and notes uploaded to the AI Planner must not contain:

• Sexual content, content depicting minors, or non-consensual imagery.
• Violent, hateful, or discriminatory material.
• Trade secrets or classified information of any third party.
• Malware, executable payloads, or steganographic exploits.

Our automated moderation tooling may flag suspicious uploads. Flagged content is reviewed by a small EU-based moderation team and deleted if it violates this policy.

• Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without our written consent (see our responsible-disclosure programme at [email protected]).
• Do not bypass rate limits, captchas, or paywalls.
• Do not impersonate KV Services staff, employees, or other customers.
• Do not transmit content designed to overload our infrastructure (DoS / DDoS).

The AI Planner is a design tool. You must not use it to:

• Generate floor plans for weapons, surveillance installations, or other unlawful uses.
• Reconstruct private spaces of identifiable individuals without their permission.
• Train or fine-tune competing AI models on outputs obtained from our service.

We may, at our sole discretion, remove offending content, suspend access, cancel pending orders, and report serious violations to the relevant authorities. Where we cancel an order due to a breach, no refund is owed for work already completed. We will give you written notice and, where feasible, an opportunity to cure non-material breaches.
