The terms of working with KV Services.

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or commissioning a piece, you enter into a binding agreement with KV Services sp. z o.o.. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

• One credit is priced at €0.10 (the base currency).
• Equivalent prices in USD, GBP and PLN are calculated at indicative FX rates and may shift between sessions.
• The amount actually billed is in the currency selected at checkout.
• Credits never expire and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Bonus credits granted with promotions or volume tiers carry the same lifetime but no monetary value if refunded.

The AI Planner produces dimensional approximations and aesthetic proposals. Outputs are advisory. Before any commission is manufactured we re-measure on-site (residential) or against your architectural drawings (commercial). We do not warrant pixel-accurate reconstruction from a single photograph.

You retain ownership of the photographs you upload. You grant us a limited, revocable licence to process them solely to operate the service for you.

A custom commission is confirmed once payment has cleared. Typical lead time is 8–14 weeks from confirmation, depending on materials and joinery. We notify you in writing if the lead time changes by more than two weeks.

Bespoke pieces are made to your specification and, except in the case of defects, fall outside the statutory right of withdrawal under §312g BGB.

The KV Services platform, brand, configurator UI, AI models, source code and visual assets are owned by KV Services sp. z o.o.. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for personal or internal business purposes. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or re-publish material from our site.

Furniture is covered by a 5-year structural warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. The warranty does not cover patina, natural wood movement, or damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or personal injury.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Warsaw, save for mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence. EU consumers can also use the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
